Home Assistant Connect ZWA-2 is an official USB adapter that adds Z-Wave connectivity to a Home Assistant system (including Home Assistant Green). Engineered for reliable performance, its antenna and base are precisely tuned to Z-Wave’s ideal wavelength to maximize range and stability.
Built by the team behind Home Assistant and Z-Wave JS, it supports the latest Z-Wave 800-series chipset and enables straightforward setup, firmware updates, and easy migration from many other Z-Wave adapters. Z-Wave operates on its own regional sub-GHz frequency (e.g., 908 MHz in North America), helping reduce interference and improving wall penetration compared with 2.4 GHz networks.
Note: A Home Assistant system is required to connect and control Z-Wave devices.
