Hotpot Queen Spicy Hotpot Noodles, 5.15 oz

Thick-cut noodles in a savoury, tingly Sichuan hotpot broth. Mix the sauce and dry seasoning with 250 mL boiling water. Cook the noodles for 4–5 minutes, drain, and add to the broth.

Ingredients: Noodles: wheat flour, eggs (3%), salt, water, sodium carbonate. Sauce: vegetable oil, Sichuan chili, fermented broadbean paste, onion, ginger, Sichuan peppercorn, salt, yeast extract, spices. Dry seasoning: dehydrated peas, dehydrated carrots, dehydrated green onion, salt, sugar, yeast extract, mushroom powder, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
